The Via Christi Call Center is available Monday through Thursday from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. At 316-268-5178 or 1-800-362-0070. You may elect to speak to a customer service representative for questions about your account, a financial counselor if you are unable to afford your bill, or a representative from our collection unit if you have an account in collection or you have received a collection letter from us.

Need to schedule a call back? Give us three times that work for you. We will send you an email to confirm at which of the times you can expect our call. Please allow us 24 hours notice.

Remember not to email personal information about yourself or the patient. This includes things like social security numbers and birthdates. You should reference the patient’s account number when communicating your question via email.
